Victor Ai Meets Bahrain Dignitaries to Promote Digital Economy Cooperation and Sustainable Future Cities Development

Victor Ai, the Founder and CEO of Terminus Group was invited to meet with Bahrain dignitaries in Manama, including H.E. Eman Ahmed Al Doseri, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce of Bahrain, Ali AlMudaifa, Chief of Business Development of Bahrain Economic Development Board (EDB), Mohammed Abdul-Jabbar Al-Kooheji, the Second Vice Chairman of Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), to deeply discuss the cooperation in the fields of green and digital economy, high-end manufacturing, and innovative talents, and to further promote the implementation of AIoT-enabled technologies and AI or future cities products supported by Terminus Group in projects of Bahrain.

H.E. Eman Ahmed Al Doseri, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce of Bahrain, congratulated the recent inauguration of Terminus International Headquarters, and indicated that Bahrain is deepening economic and digital cooperation with China.

 

International advanced technologies companies are Bahrain’s important partners in regards to promoting country’s innovative and sustainable development. Bahrain is expecting to work with Chinese partners to further enhance the cooperation in digital economy sector between the two sides, promote the construction of industrial cooperation mechanisms, accelerate collaboration in investment, digital economy, talent cultivation, and country’s infrastructure sustainable development, and keep exploring new growing sectors among Bahrain, GCC states and China.

Bahrain is promoting innovative industry cooperation and accelerating digital economic development across GCC region and globally. Bahrain EDB, Central Bank of Bahrain, as well as industrial institutes and authorities have taken measures to strengthen the development of AI, ICT, computing center, and robotics.

 

Mohammed Abdul-Jabbar Al-Kooheji, the Second Vice Chairman of BCCI, believed Bahrain and China have competitive value propositions as well as strong alignments in fields of technological and clean energy sectors. BCCI and Chinese partners shared acknowledged substantial value and benefits in digital economy industry, and have very similar visions of investment in ICT and advanced technologies sector for future cities sustainability. BCCI is hoping to further strengthen this direction and looks forward to joining hands with Chinese counterparts to promote innovative economy cooperation, explore green and AI or urban industries ecological development, and create an inclusive and innovative environment for business exchanges.
